Defect: The inner bag zipper and outer cover may have a paperclip still attached to the safety zippers.

Hazard: A child could gain access to the beads posing a risk of suffocation if the paperclip is still attached.

What to do: Customers should check the bean bag to see if the paperclip is still attached to the safety zipper and remove immediately.
